		The GlucoPhone is an All-In-One product, integrating a commercially available cell phone with a blood glucose monitor making testing "cool and convenient." There is only one device to carry. Test results are recorded in an online "electronic logbook" eliminating the need for manual log books or synchronization with a computer. The results are accessible to the patient and any other authorized caregiver and healthcare professional they choose. A text message of the results can be transmitted to anyone the patient authorizes enabling real-time remote monitoring. The GlucoPhone helps minimize the daily hassles associated with the treatment of the disease allowing for better control to reduce its many negative, long-term consequences.
